Accenture Operations is a dedicated team of people who work on outsourcing engagements. These are long-term partnerships with clients for whom we manage and provide increasingly specialized business operations, such as finance and accounting, IT, applications development and maintenance, helpdesk services, and HR. We not only maintain key business functions for clients, we constantly seek to improve them to help our clients move ahead of the competition.

Opis stanowiska

  • Building and maintaining strong relationship with customers to ensure timely cash collection.
  • Managing collections related activities based on fiscal calendar requirements. 
  • Timely escalation of most delicate matters to necessary stakeholders. 
  • Managing complaints and processing corrections related to issued invoices on timely manner. 
  • Order management based on customer payment performance. 

Wymagania

  • Advanced French & English (min. B2);
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Responsibility, accuracy & ability to work analytically in a problem-solving environment;
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office environment – mainly MS Excel;
  • Preferably experience in customer service/ order to cash.
