This person will be a part of the EMA People Operations team based in Warsaw. The team sits within the HR department and is responsible for organizing international training events for KPMG professionals in the EMEA (EMA) region.

The recipient of your personal data will be third-party Companies supporting the recruitment process, i.e. as regards the process of evaluating your English language skills through a platform of online language tests conducted by Centrum Oświatowe AKADEMOS SC and as regards the psychometric evaluation process conducted by Sova Assessment Limited, as well as other outsourcers with which appropriate data processing outsourcing agreements were concluded, and authorised employees and associates of the joint controllers. The above mentioned tests and their results are part of the recruitment process in KPMG group Companies in Poland.


Your personal data will be processed during the current recruitment process, after which they will be irreversibly deleted, and in the case of additional consent from you, your personal data will be processed also for the purposes of future recruitment, until your consent is withdrawn. If your consent to the processing of your data is withdrawn, your application documents will be irretrievably deleted.


You have the right to request access to your personal data, the right to rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, as well as the right to object to the processing and the right to the transfer of data. You may withdraw your consent at any time. The withdrawal of consent shall not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out on the basis of your consent prior to the withdrawal.


You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The provision of personal data by you is voluntary, however, if you refuse to do so, your application will be ignored in the recruitment procedure. Please note that decisions regarding the recruitment process will not be taken automatically.


We would also like to inform you that the Companies belonging to the KPMG group in Poland have entered into joint arrangements in which they defined their areas of responsibility for fulfilling their obligations under the GDPR, including without limitation those referred to in this information clause.
