Career Development and Alumni Relations Office opening hours


Due to the Inauguration of Academic Year 2017/2018, the availability of the Career Office can be limited on October 16th (Monday). We we apologize for any inconvenience caused.

Beginning from October 1st, we are changing our opening hours, please find all details below.


Opening hours during academic year:

Monday 10.00 AM – 2.00 PM

Tuesday 10.00 AM– 2.00 PM

Wednesday 10.00 AM– 2.00 PM

Thursday 10.00 AM– 12.00 AM

Friday 12.00 AM– 6.00 PM

Saturday: closed (open on selected Saturdays)

Sunday: closed


Extended opening hours during internships settlement period.


We are open on selected Saturdays between 10.00 AM and 3.00 PM. This academic year these are going to be the following Saturdays:

07.10, 18.11, 09.12, 13.01, 17.02, 17.03, 21.04, 19.05, 16.06.

A graduate of postgraduate studies in the field of human resources management. At the Office of Career and Alumni Relations is responsible for the university-business environment relations and development of cooperation between university and employers.

English Language Philologist and a graduate of Anglia Ruskin University with Master's Degree in Intercultural Communication. At the Career and Alumni Relations Office responsible for mandatory internship process and organization of career-related events dedicated to students and alumni.

Certified consultant of FRIS®, Trainer of 'Parachute' Programme'.

Joanna Piechocka

A Psychologist, career counselor and trainer. A graduate of Psychology at Warsaw University with a speciality in psychology of work and organization. She finished School of psychological workshops at Intra. Currently she is attending “Job-coaching” postgraduate studies at SWPS University.

At the Career and Alumni Relations Office responsible for events organization for English track students and alumni. She also conducts job counselling. 

Certified consultant of tools: FRIS®, Master Person Analysis, Trainer of 'Parachute' Programme.
