Job description
This is a role providing dedicated assistant coverage and
full administrative support to the Warsaw HCM function
and focusing on the projects and day-to-day business of
the Talent Advisors in situ. This is a demanding role
which requires extensive support from a competent,
highly proactive, motivated and organised individual.
The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate
experience in handling competing and complex
priorities. Essential skills include strong
communication, co-ordination, analytical skills,
teamwork, a collaborative nature and the ability to
handle matters with discretion.
▪Providing day-to-day administrative support in HCM
processes, in particular employee personal files and
issuing employee documentation
▪First point of contact for GS employees in regards to
HCM related queries
▪Pro-active, professional communication with internal
clients, business personnel and peers
▪Documentation retention and archiving
▪Thorough and timely HCM reporting
▪Ad-hoc projects, such as the organisation of events
and internal training sessions
Requirements
▪Current university student or recent graduate
▪Previous experience in human resources would be
advantageous
▪Polish labour law knowledge would be an asset
▪Ability to handle sensitive matters with discretion
and trustworthiness
▪Professional, with strong organisational and
interpersonal skills
▪An effective and open communicator
▪Excellent attention to detail, conscientiousness and
accuracy in carrying out duties
▪Strong time management and prioritisation skills
▪Excellent teamwork skills
▪Systems knowledge: extensive knowledge of MS
Office, including Excel and Powerpoint
▪Fluency in Polish and English
